  • New Daily Focus & Coach Challenge content, customized to meet your individual needs.

  • Existing Library of Grow modules.

  • One live Grow session each month where all Grow users can learn directly from Shirzad Chamine, author of the Positive Intelligence book and Stanford Lecturer, and ask questions about various life applications of the PQ Operating System.  Each session is recorded and added to the Grow Library App.

  • Two monthly One on One coaching sessions with Dr. Norma Tirado.

  • The three-month program includes one ICU (emergency coaching session) if needed; six-month program includes two ICU sessions and the 12-month program includes four ICU sessions.

  • 12-month program also includes a Hogan Personality Assessment.
