Dr. Norma Tirado
As a coach, I use evidence-based tools and techniques from positive psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral science to help my clients develop and enhance their mental fitness, emotional intelligence, and resilience. I help them identify and overcome the mental habits that hold them back and cultivate the ones that empower them. I also help them improve their communication, collaboration, creativity, and innovation skills, and achieve greater results with less stress and more satisfaction.
I am on a mission to make workplaces more human, inclusive, resilient, and fun, and to help people find their gifts and share them with the world. I believe that everyone has the potential to be a positive force for change, and that by working together, we can create a better future for ourselves and others. That’s why I developed the Healthy Culture Model (BBB), a framework that encourages organizations to help team members Connect (Belong), so they can Commit (Believe) to their organizations and Contribute (Become) the best version of themselves. #ConnectCommitContribute #BelongBelieveBecome
My passion for golf has also led me to work with aspiring professional golfers as they develop their mental game to achieve new levels of performance. If you aspire to be a tour professional golfer, my mental fitness program can help you get there.
When I’m not coaching or working on my next challenge, I enjoy golfing, knitting, and reading. I also love spending time and traveling with my husband Kevin and my adult children Leah Isabel and fiancé Ian, Devin Gabriel and Kelly Antonio and my extended family.
